3. Wait for our team to review and respond with a Return Approval Email.
• Only approved returns will be accepted and processed.
• Items sent back without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All custom-made, discounted, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
