In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 10 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to customerserviceNaazbynazia@gmail.com or call at +1 (888) 786-NAZZ within 3 days after order delivery in the case to raise a dispute. We will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send within 5-6 business days.
It is your responsibility to ensure you're aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for noncompliance with this policy.

Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned.
